Judgment of command
exorcism
holy wrath
hammer of wrath
consecration
ALL of these abilities are affected ONLY by spell damage. However, blizzard has repeatedly stated that "the spell damage requirement for ret paladins will be REMOVED."
All that has happened from this, however, is the removal of all spell damage from season 3 pvp sets, and the changing of Crusader strike from weapon damage +40% of spell damage to simply 110% weapon damage.
What about all of the other abilities that REQUIRE spell damage? What about paladin abilities like Judgment of the Crusader that affect spell damage abilities only? What about tier 6, and tiers 4 and 5 for that matter that STILL have spell damage stats on them?
What paladins simply need, and what we have been begging for over the last few months is a AP ---> spell damage conversion similar to that of the shaman talent "Mental Quickness" that "increases spell damage and healing by an amount equal to 30% of your attack power"
Either give us a AP--> spell damage conversion, or remove the spell damage stats from tier 4,5,6 and make exorcism, holy wrath, consecrate, hammer of wrath, and judgment of command affected by AP.
thanks.
